Check and clarify
After purchase, sign in with the email associated with your order and complete the student profile form. The team checks the order, reviews completeness and asks for any clarification needed.
Receive a reviewed roadmap
Your first roadmap is delivered within 5 working days after we confirm that the necessary profile information is complete. It connects your background with study options, preparation gaps, document needs and next actions. A human reviews it before delivery.
Use bounded plan support
Support lasts 24 months from initial delivery: one combined clarification request within 14 days, 4 later follow-up requests and 2 plan adjustments. We reply or provide a progress update within 5 working days. Unlimited consulting and application execution are outside this service.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding official public holidays in China. Corrections of our factual errors do not reduce your support allowances.
